Dragon Mousseux, or Sparkling Dragon, is a dragonfruit champagne recipe.
It uses the same Champagne base in the US blood orange version, Sang Pétillant, but this time it is infused with a more tropical fruity top-note from the vibrant dragonfruit laid in.
This is a perfect recipe for the summer time, and anytime you need some bright refreshment.
