A universal flavour that is intended to create the effect of a jam cooked fruit or nut.
Jam it works well with citrus fruits to create a marmalade spread or glaze tasting e-juice, or create a preserve that has chunks or fruit surrounded by jelly.
Other uses could create the conserve effect of using fruits and dried nuts in your recipe. The classic peanut butter & jam or jam filled donuts could shine by using this flavour in your recipe.
