Summary
To me this isn’t sour it’s more of a bergamot like bitterness, this tastes more like an amaretto made with apricot pits with some of the apricot left on, instead if bitter almonds. The dominant taste is more of an apricot with a hint of orange than an almond, the slight bitterness to this is reminiscent of bergamot, this also is missing an alcohol like throat hit, although if I needed an amaretto flavour, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach for this.
