Slight peel notes, this has some red apple too, with notes of a slight green apple backing it up, this is more of a juice with a little pulp.

Suggested usage

Accent 0.25% - 0.75%, Background 0.75% - 1.5%, Main 1.5%-3%.

I'd use with Fruit, Beverage, Candy, Vanilla, Nuts, Floral, Bakery and possibly creams

Summary

This is a mix of red and green apple; the green apple is more present on a shake with the red apple becoming more present after a steep. The red apple is more of a too note with the green apple in the background and adding some depth, there is a very slight peel note to this, I’d liken it to the pulp in an apple juice. The mouthfeel is more like a juice and a little ‘wet’ without a pulpy texture, this is smooth without a throat hit. I would use this within a fruit mix for an apple juice. The higher this is mixed the more the green slightly tart/sour will come out along with the red apple, however 3% is the highest I would use this in a mix as it may become a little dry due to the tartness.

Flavorah recommended usage 1%-5%
