SnV
Pressed apple juice, this isn’t a straight apple juice, this has another indeterminate flavour in the background. I’m hoping that this comes out more with a steep

The Cinnamon sugar has come out a little more along with a very slight pastry like note deep in the background.

The juiciness has now gone, this tastes like apple peel with a slight cider like taste, slightly sweet with a little candy like sourness at the end.

Suggested usage
I’d use this as a main 1%-2%, Background 0.5%-1%, Accent 0.1%-0.5%. Standalone 2%-3%.
I’d use with fruits, Bakeries, Cider types, Spices and possibly Creams and candy additives.
Summary
This was a strange one for me as it seemed to change so much from a SnV. This is like a mix of Apple Peels, green and red, with a slight juiciness to it that reminds me of cider, this is sweet at the start with a slight candy like sour on the end. My primary use for this would be as part of a cider mix this may also work well as part of an apple filling mix.
