Suggested usage

Accent 0.25% - 0.75%, Background 0.75% - 1.5%, Main 1.5%-2.5%.

Summary

To me this tastes like berry blend mixed with cheesecake, this is mixed berries that is raspberry forward with some darker berries in the background mixed with a slightly sour cream cheese, this hasn’t got any biscuit/graham cracker base notes. My primary use for this would be in a mixed fruit cheesecake or to add some depth to a fruit custard/yoghurt.
