Manufacturer’s description – “Very creamy, dry, and sweet. Touch of caramel and cinnamon. Could be a holiday cookie because it makes you feel really cozy and relaxed.”

SnV

1%- Very dark cookie with a slight burnt note, this also has a heavy coffee like note to it

0.5% - lighter cookie like taste this needs a steep to bring the flavours out more

0.5% - This has increased in strength and now tastes the same as my description for the 1% sample on SnV

14 day steep

0.5% - This still tastes like a slightly burnt cookie with hints of coffee, there is a hint of a slightly sweeter biscuit at the end.

Suggested usage

I’d use as a main 0.5%-0.75%, Background/Accent 0.1%-0.5%

I’d use with Coffee, Bakery, Tobacco.

Summary

Due to the burnt notes I’m getting from this I would use it alongside a crust like flavour to provide that scorched edge to a Pie mix, this may also work well with Tobacco in low amounts. May mix well with coffee flavours due to the coffee notes. This is strong so start low and work up.

Flavorah recommended usage - 0.50% – 5.00%
