This has now lost most of the candy like aspect and has become a more realistic Watermelon, this has rind like notes to it that are very cucumber like, however this hasn’t got a fleshy mouthfeel, this is more like a watermelon juice
Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Fruit, Beverage, Candy, Vanilla, Nuts
Summary
This is a sweet watermelon juice that is fairly realistic although there are some slight candy like notes in the background, this also has some rind like notes that are very cucumber like, this is quite a ‘wet’ flavour that is more suited to beverage or fruit mixes.
Molinberry Recommended usage: - 6% - 8%
