No Change. This is a very wafer like biscuit that’s not overly dry. This starts of with a wafer like taste followed by a mild brown sugar like sweetness with a slight vanilla hint in the background.
I’d use this as an accent 0.25%-0.75%, Background 0.75%-1.25%, Main 1.25%-2%. Standalone 2%-4%
This would work well as part of an ice cream cone mix paired with a lighter biscuit/cone flavour, due to the brown sugar like taste this should also work well with bakeries like Apple pie.
Use with Creams, Ice Cream, Biscuits, Bakery, Custard, Fruits and anywhere you want a brown sugar Vanilla wafer
