Light creamy yoghurt that is slightly tart at the end

Increase in strength, this has now become a strong creamy yoghurt with a definite Greek yoghurt Tang/sour. This may be the % limit of the concentrate as it has an almost cheese like off note.

I’d use as a main flavour 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2% and standalone 5%-6%
I’d use with Fruit, Cheesecake, Creams, Dairy, Cereals, Nuts, Ice Creams, Cake and Bakery
This is a strong yoghurt, this has a definite ‘tang’ to it so I’d class this as more of Greek Yoghurt style than a sweet yoghurt, this would work very well as the main yoghurt in a mix and will also pair well with other yoghurts.
