Summary
This is more of a Blueberry than muffin to me, the muffin is there but not as strong as the blueberry. The blueberry is isn’t fresh it’s more like a baked sweet blueberry. As a main flavour this would be useful in a bakery mix for mouthfeel if you wanted some blueberry in your mix. Against strong flavours you may be able to push this higher to ensure that it remains as a main flavour, as an accent flavour I would use this in a fruit mix primarily for the blueberry the very slight muffin like texture would thicken up the mix and add a little depth and interest to an otherwise straight fruit mix.
