Tested on a R200 Bonza dual coil 0.14ohm Flapton @ 100w
Manufacturer’s description – “Oaky American bourbon with a smooth finish. Adds a wonderful smoke and oak to many flavors. This is an essential change agent for that juice you have that is missing something... Something special, like an aged barrel of kentucky's finest”
MIXING NOTE: This flavor is unfiltered and can contain natural particulate. It is ok... just shake well.
SnV
Soap like off note followed by a light bourbon like taste, this has no alcohol throat hit to it
7 day steep
The soap like off note has now reduced in strength but this still needs a longer steep.
14 day steep
This has now got a passing resemblance to Bourbon; this is slightly sweet and has a slight aged Oak like taste
21 day steep
No change
25 day steep
No change
Suggested usage
I’d use this as a main 1%-1.5%, Background 0.5%-1%, Accent 0.25%-0.5%
I’d use this with Fruit, Cream, Beverages, Honey, Bakery, Tobaccos
Summary
This is sweet like a bourbon and has a thin mouthfeel with a slight alcohol hit on the throat with an oak like taste. At the start this has a soap like off note that steeps out after a few weeks, there is a slight cheese like off note at 1% but I believe this would get covered in a mix to leave a sweet bourbon like flavour, I wouldn’t use this as the only bourbon in a mix
Flavorah recommended usage - Start at 1%
