Suggested Usage

I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour

If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 4%-6%

I’d use with bakery, custards, nuts, caramels, butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate, creams, fruits and jams

Summary

As the name suggests this is a very buttery biscuit with a wheat like taste and a full and slightly crumbly mouthfeel, this has a pleasant depth to it, this to me is reminiscent of a digestive biscuit slathered in butter, as an accent this would be useful to give other biscuits more body and to add a little butter to a mix.
