I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-5%
I’d use with Cream, Bakery, Custard, Chocolate, caramel, Toffee, Jams, Ice Cream
Summary
This is a slightly oily and crispy pastry shell, as a main flavour I’d use with creams and other fillings, this will pair well with FA Joker to bring the Cannoli shell out more, use as an accent to ‘crisp’ up pastries
