Suggested Usage
I’d use this 2%-3% as an accent, 3%-4% as a background flavour, 4%-6% as the main flavour
I’d use with Soda, Fruits, Brown Sugar, Caramel, Spices, Vanilla, Tobacco and Creams.
Summary
This to me is more of a Gold Rum flavour than a darker or spiced rum as it is missing the darker sweetness of molasses/caramel and the wood & spice notes characteristic of a dark rum, there is a very mild alcohol like throat hit at this % that may increase as the % is increased. At the testing % this would give you just a hint of rum and throat hit, however you may need to push it up a little against medium strength concentrates.
