Suggested Usage
Due to that chocolate like taste being present for me at 5% I believe this may have been caused by over flavouring for me my suggested %’s below reflects this.
I’d use as a main taste at 1.25%-2%, a background at 0.75%-1.25% and an accent at 0.25%-0.75%
I’d use this primarily in cheesecake mixes as an accent/background to add a cream cheese like taste and to add a little thickness to the mouthfeel.
I’d use with fruits, yoghurts, fruit and biscuit as part of a cheesecake mix.
