Slight strength increase, the sour off note has now steeped out. This is a light fresh cream more like a light whipped cream than a single pouring cream
Suggested usage
I’d use this as an Accent 1%-2%, background 2%-3%, Main 3%-5%.
This will be useful where you want a light and airy cream such as fruit mixes or a whipped cream topping.
As a standalone this is light but I believe as part of a mix it may come through quite strong so start low and work up.
I’d use with Bakery, Dairy, Creams, Cakes, Fruit and coffee
