This is more of a cream with a Vanilla note to me. The cream is forward and almost milk like with some light buttery notes, the vanilla then fills out the background.

Suggested Usage
I’d use this 2%-3% as an accent, 3%-4% as a background flavour, 4%-5% as the main flavour
If you wanted this standalone, I recommend 5%-8%
I’d use with Cream, Custard, Fruit, Coffee, Caramel, Tobacco
Summary
This is a creamy vanilla flavour, the Vanilla, to me, is more of an extract than a fresh bean, although creamy it is more of a light slightly buttery dairy cream with the Vanilla sitting as a background note throughout the vape. I believe this would be usable in place of TFA Vanilla Swirl or possibly INW Shisha Vanilla however not a 1:1 replacement as this would be at a slightly higher % and may miss some of the blending properties of Vanilla Swirl
