I’d use this 0.75%-1.25% as an accent, 1.25%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 3%-5%
I’d use with Fruit, Cream, Custard, Bakery, Ice Cream, Caramel, Toffee, Jams, Maple Syrup
Summary
This is an authentic buttery Crepe flavour with a full mouthfeel, this should work wherever you want a crepe/pancake. There is a slight lemon like note to this in the background but should get covered in a mix, this should work well with biscuit and other bakery flavours to add depth to those profiles
