Summary
This is one of the most realistic cucumbers I have tasted, this is very rind forward with a full mouthfeel this is also juicy and fleshy, this would be perfect to use in any mix that calls for a cucumber note, due to the strong rind like note I’m not sure if this would be as useful as other cucumber flavourings to add a rind note to melons.
