Suggested Usage

I’d use this 1%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main note. If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 3%-5%.

I’d use with Bakery, Fruit, Cakes, Creams, Custards, Vanilla

Summary

This is not the type of flan I was expecting or the one I know (A sponge like cake base) but more of a Caramel Vanilla pudding, on a SnV there is a dark sweetness and an almost cake like mouthfeel as this develops the dark sweetness becomes a rich caramel whilst the background note develops into a thick vanilla pudding. As an accent this would thicken up mixes and add a dark caramel like sweetness as well as providing a slight vanilla note, taken higher this would provide a rich and sweet creamy pudding note to mixes

WF SUGGESTED DILUTION RATIO: 1%-4%
