Manufacturers Description “Nothing like kicking back with a bowl of frozen yogurt! Enjoy the creamy sweetness and subtle tanginess with a distinct note of vanilla. Pair with fruit or cream flavours!”
SnV
Creamy mouthfeel with a very slight yoghurt like sour note and Vanilla, this is now more of a thick cream than a yoghurt

28 Day Steep
This has now lost most of the yoghurt sour note and has become more of a creamy Vanilla yoghurt
Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Fruit, Cream, Custard, Yoghurts, Vanilla and Milkshakes
Summary
This starts with a slight Greek yoghurt like sourness with a medium thick creamy mouthfeel and a light Vanilla, as this steeps the sourness reduces to become more of a commercial yoghurt flavour, the cream, vanilla and mouthfeel remains. This would work well with other yoghurts or as the only yoghurt in a mix, especially useful for smoothie type mixes where you wouldn’t want a strong yoghurt sourness. Mix with creams and custards to enhance the mouthfeel of these profiles
