This is sweet and very yeast forward with a dough like mouthfeel hints of cinnamon

The yeast has now decreased a little with the dough picking up in taste and texture

The cinnamon has now steeped out. The rest of the profile remains unchanged

Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 3%-5%
I’d use with Bakery, Caramel, Toffee, Fruit, Jams, Syrups, Cream, Chocolate
Summary
This is a very yeast forward doughnut with a glazed sugar in the background, this has a full doughy mouthfeel, whilst yeast forward this isn’t as yeast heavy as FA Joy, off a SnV this has a slight cinnamon sugar like taste but this settles into the flavour during a steep to become the glaze. For my tastes I would add another doughnut flavour to this just to bring the dough out a little more, however this is very close to profile on its own
