The off note has now steeped out this is a graham cracker biscuit with a slight burnt note like the browning on a pie crust, this is slightly sweet and has a very light cinnamon like taste in the background.

I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main note.

I’d use with Bakery, Creams, Custards, Vanilla, Fruit

Summary

This is a graham cracker crust with a slight burnt/browned note to it like the browning on a pie crust, this is sweet the sweetness is dark like a brown sugar, as an accent this may mix well with other pie crust flavours or biscuits/cookies.
