Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main note
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I’d suggest 4%-6%.
I’d use with Cream, Fruit, Custards, Bakery, Vanilla.
Summary
This is very raspberry forward with the sweet and slightly sticky caramel providing the mid notes, the background and bottom notes are filled in by the medium thick slightly eggy custard with a lightly spicy vanilla.
The raspberry is realistic, tart and fleshy.
As an accent this could be used to give a little body to other raspberries, the primary use for this would be as a standalone flavour or in a raspberry & Cream/Custard profile
