Tested on a R200 with a Bonza 0.14-ohm dual coil Flaptons.

Manufacturers Description “Popular & pure whisky drink flavour. Quite sweet and goes well with tobacco flavours.”

SnV

Very light more like an aged oak barrel flavour atm, no alcohol throat hit, needs a steep

7 Day steep

Slight increase in strength, no other change

14 Day Steep

The alcohol taste is now starting to come through although it is still light, the rest of the profile has increased in strength slightly

42 Day Steep

This is now vaguely reminiscent of a bourbon with the same initials, however this still remains, for me, as more of the barrel oak taste.

Suggested Usage

I’d use this 2%-3% as an accent, 3%-4% as a background flavour, 4%-6% as the main flavour

If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 6%-8%

I’d use with Alcohol, Honey, Soda, Cream, Custard, Tobacco, Vanilla, Fruit, Tobacco

Summary

To me this is more of an aged Oak barrel taste than that of the Bourbon with the same initials, there is no alcohol throat hit to this. This would be useful to add a realistic aged oak barrel taste to a cocktail or other alcoholic mix, may work well with Cigar/Tobacco flavours.

Molinberry Recommended usage: - 5%-7%
