Increase in strength that yeasty bread like note has now increased in strength, the tropical flavours are still there but almost completely covered by that bread note. This has a thick and fibrous mouthfeel.

Suggested Usage

This flavour isn’t suited to my palate as the main taste I get is that yeasty bread note, so I am unable to suggest any usage% or potential pairings.

I have never tasted a Jackfruit so I’m uncertain to the authenticity of this flavour to the fruit.
