The Kiwi is now coming through first and is slightly juicy and tart with the Strawberry coming through after, the Strawberry is sweet and a little juicy however I feel that the strawberry is more candy like than fresh even though it has some juiciness to it.
This concentrate is fairly sweet, the sweetness feels a little artificial as if it has had a sweetener added to it.

Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main flavour 5%-7%, Background 3%-5%, Accent 1.5%-3%. Standalone 7%-12%
I’d use with fruits, Vanilla, Creams and Ice Cream. I would also use this with other Kiwi and Strawberry Flavours to enhance whatever fruit aspect I wanted stronger.
