Sweet Lemon with a background taste of loose leaf tea.

The Lemon is mainly a realistic lemon juice and a slight zest, it is sweet at the start and then becomes slightly tart, this is then followed by the loose leaf tea taste with a very slight earthiness however this is expected as I get a slight earthy quality from loose leaf tea.

Suggested Usage

I’d use an accent at 0.5%-1%, a background flavour at 1%-2%, a main note at 2%-3%.

Standalone 3%-5%

This will pair well with other citrus fruits, some red berries and some beverage types
