Suggested Usage
I’d use this 0.75%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I’d suggest 4%-6%.
I’d use with Fruit, Cream, Caramels, Custards, Coffee’s, Candies, Bakery, Tobacco
Summary
This is a soft and sweet caramel with a medium thick and syrupy mouthfeel, I also get a very light vanilla like taste in the background, at the lower end of the accent range this would act as a sweetener, taken higher the soft and sweet caramel would start to come through, for me there is a light vanilla like note to this so pairing with other vanilla’s would boost this note. This would pair very well with an RY4 to enhance the caramel already present in those flavours, this would also work very well with ice cream type mixes due to the caramel syrup type of mouthfeel
