Suggested Usage

I’d use this 0.75%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2% as a background flavour, 2%-3% as the main flavour

If you wanted this standalone, I suggest 3%-5%

I’d use with Fruit, Cream, Bakery, Alcohols, Vanilla, Soda and possibly Creams and Custards

Summary

This is more fruit like than other cactus flavours, with notes of Melon and Apple, this will work well in a fruit mix, it should also lend itself well to bakery profiles as whilst this is a sweet and juicy flavour it lacks the ‘wet’ mouthfeel of other Cactus flavours. This isn’t as Aloe Vera like as some of the other cactus offerings on the market. Use this wherever you would use a Prickly Pear.

Molinberry Recommended usage: - 7%-10%
