Manufacturers description “This creamy, chocolaty treat is a classic Canadian dessert, originating from Nanaimo, British Columbia. Works incredibly well in mixes to add a creamy custardy chocolate.”
SnV
Rich dark chocolate with a hint of an indefinable flavour in the background
19 day steep
Slight strength increase, this is a sweet and rich chocolate cream similar to a mix of Milk chocolate and Dark chocolate, there is a slight coconut taste in the background along with a hint of a wafer or biscuit, this also has a nice thick mouthfeel like a Chocolate Ganache.
Suggested Usage
I’d use an accent at 0.5%-1%, a background flavour at 1%-2%, a main note at 2%-3%.
Standalone 3%-5%
This will work well paired with other chocolates, fruits, creams, custards, ice creams, vanillas, bakeries, pastry, nuts and some tobaccos.
WF recommend – 1%-4%
