This tastes like hot milk with a little sweetness added, there is a slight butyric acid like sourness in the background

21 Day steep

A candy like taste has now developed however this isn’t like a candy milk bottle it’s more like a gummy candy, the caramel is now there but more as a background sweetness than a full taste

35 Day steep

No change

Suggested Usage

I’d use this 0.75%-1.5% as an accent, 1.5%-2.5% as a background flavour, 2.5%-3.5% as the main note. If you wanted this as a standalone flavour I’d suggest 3.5%-5%.

I’d use with Custard, Cream, Dairy, Caramels, Chocolates and possibly coffees.

Summary

To me this is reminiscent of hot milk with a little caramel swirled in, the caramel isn’t present enough to provide it’s own flavour but does add a dark sweetness to the mix, the sweetness more than mouthfeel makes this a candy flavour, this has a medium thick mouthfeel, when first mixed this has a very strong butyric acid sourness, give this approx. 3 weeks to settle down and transform into the hot milk taste, the caramel also needs approx. 3 weeks to come into the mix.

WF SUGGESTED DILUTION RATIO: 1%-4%
