Suggested Usage

I’d use this 0.5%-1% as an accent, 1%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour

If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I’d suggest 4%-7%.

I’d use this with Cream, Custard, Fruit, Caramel, Biscuits/cookies, Chocolates, Coffee


This is a creamy and thick vanilla pudding like flavour with a hint of raspberry and a slight caramel in the background. As an accent this would add a thicker mouthfeel to cream mixes without imparting any raspberry, taken higher you would get the thick, creamy slightly gelatinous mouthfeel of a Panna Cotta, the slight raspberry hint would become stronger the higher this is taken however it may still be light enough to get covered in a mix

Molinberry Recommended usage: - 6%-8%
