Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this as a standalone flavour, I suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with yoghurts, creams, tropical fruits
Summary
This is a creamy yoghurt, drink type, with fresh pineapple chunks stirred through, there is a light cooling to this that freshens up the pineapple and cools the yoghurt slightly and adds to the profile, the yoghurt is more sweet than tart, with the mouthfeel more in line with a drinking yoghurt.
