Tart Candy like rhubarb
Increase in strength and flavour, this lives up to its name it has a Sweet syrup like taste up front closely followed by a tart stewed rhubarb. Nice deep flavour and pretty realistic however that sweetness and Tartness is vaguely candy like as this goes higher I can see the tartness becoming more prominent.
No change in flavour or strength
I'd use at 1%-2% as an accent flavour, 2%-3% as a background note, 3%-5% as the main flavour in a recipe, stand-alone I'd use at 5%-8%.
Use there where you want a nice stewed rhubarb, should work well in Bakeries, Custards and Creams and pair well with other fruits.
VTA Recommend 2%-5% in a mix and 4%-8% Stand-alone
