1 Day steep

Very bright sweet lime this seems to be more juice/cordial like rather than a fresh lime because of the sweetness I’d liken this to more of a Key lime type of Lime. There doesn’t seem to be any rind notes or a lot of sharpness to this.

Suggested Usage

I’d use an accent at 0.25%-0.75%, a background flavour at 0.75%-1.25%, a main note at 1.25%-3%.

Standalone 3%-4%

I’d use this where I wanted more of a Lime juice/Cordial, will pair well with beverage types and to give other limes a sweeter and juicier taste.

Inawera recommended usage - Add 1 drop per 1 ml base approximately.
