Suggested usage
I’d use this as an accent 0.5%-1.25%, Background 1.25%-3%, Main 3%-5%, Standalone 5%-10%
This would work well mixed as an accent with other strawberries to add sweetness and depth, as a main flavour this would work well as a candy like strawberry or to form part of a strawberry jam mix.
I’d use this with Strawberries, Fruits, Creams, Candy, Custards, Bakery, Beverages, Vanilla, Ice Cream, Yoghurt, Mint and possibly coffee as the basis of a strawberry syrup.
