Summary
Having never tried Trix Cereal I am unable to comment on the authenticity of this profile.
To me this is a Generic Corn cereal, not cornflakes more like a cherries type taste and mouthfeel but not as wheat like, with some light generic artificial fruits in the background, primarily red berries, orange and lemon. As an accent this may be useful as a texturiser in a cereal mix, used as a main flavour you would start to get the fruit hints in your mix and would be useful for a fruit loops type mix or any recipe that requires a cereal taste and texture with light bright fruits.
