Summary
This is a deep and complex mix of fruits including Orange, lemon, passionfruit and possibly a little guava with some zest like notes. This is juicy with a ‘wet’ mouthfeel and would be perfect to mix with a lemonade or in a tropical fruit mix. Due to the ‘wet’ mouthfeel and juiciness I would be reluctant to use this with bakery or dessert mixes.
