Quite light, this isn’t quite a Tutti Frutti as the flavours are not quite bright enough and the mouthfeel isn’t quite there for it to be a mix of candied fruits.
7 Day steep
Increase in strength, the mix is now starting to taste a little brighter and is gaining a fuller mouthfeel, this is still not quite right for Tutti Frutti, but it is almost there.
16 Day Steep
This has now become brighter and has gained a pectin jelly like mouthfeel, this now tastes like a Tutti Frutti mix to me.
22 Day Steep
No change.
Suggested Usage
I’d use as a main note 3%-5%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2% and standalone at 5%-10%.
I’d use with fruits, Candies, Cream, Bubble Gum, Ice Cream, Vanillas and some beverage types.
VTA Recommend 1%-5% in a mix and Standalone 5%-9%
