SnV

Very light waffle dough taste.

7 day steep

Increase in strength, this now has a definite waffle dough taste and mouthfeel

14 day steep

No change

21 day steep

This has an underlying sugary sweetness, the waffle dough has now become more of a cooked waffle although this is still quite light at this %.

28 day steep

No change

Suggested usage

I’d use as a main flavour 7%-10%, Background 5%-7%, Accent 3%-5%, and Standalone 10%-15%

I’d use with Ice Cream, Syrups, Creams, Custards, Biscuit, Bakery, Chocolate, Nuts, Dessert Tobacco, Vanilla, Fruit

Summary

This is a decent waffle flavour with a nice full mouthfeel and a lingering dark sweetness, this would be useful as a waffle base for a mix. I believe this would also work well as an accent flavour to add some sweetness and mouthfeel to bakery mixes where you need to use a dark sugar.
