This has increased in strength, I now get a definite brandy taste, followed by juicy raisins and mixed fruit followed by a dark, dense, sweet cake taste, to me this tastes like a Xmas pudding, the suet kind not a fruit cake.

Suggested Usage
I'd use this as a main 3%-4%, Background 2%-3%, Accent 1%-2%. Standalone 4%-6%
I'd use with Creams, Custard, Nuts and fruit.
This is quite strong on the brandy, used too high I believe that brandy may take over a mix.
VTA Recommend 1%-3% in a mix and Standalone 4%-6%
