Summary
This is the topping on a Crème Brûlée, a strong sweet burnt and caramelized sugar, there is the hint of cream in the background that prevents this from becoming dry.
My primary use for this would be to enhance the Brûlée topping on a crème Brûlée or to create one from scratch
