Suggested usage
I’d use as a main 2%-3%, Background 1%-2%, Accent 0.5%-1%, Standalone 3%-4%
I’d use with nuts, Vanilla, Fruits, Bakery, candy, Alcohols, Tobacco, Beverages, Creams and Custards
Summary
While this is light standalone at 2% this has all the elements for a good butterscotch, use 2%-3% for a main flavour to get a good full butterscotch in your recipe combine with another butterscotch or Caramel to ensure that it lasts a long steep, use as an accent to add a little depth and sweetness to a mix.
