Suggested Usage
I’d use this 1%-2% as an accent, 2%-3% as a background flavour, 3%-4% as the main flavour
If you wanted this stand-alone, I’d suggest 4%-6%
I’d use with Fruit, Vanilla, Bakery, Buttercream, Spices, Nuts, Vanilla, Cream and possibly Custards
Summary
This is very carrot forward with a light orange accent on the tail end of the carrot, the buttercream fills out the middle notes with a very light cake and walnut in the background, the spices I’d expect in a carrot cake are not present here. The carrot is raw and juicy like a shredded carrot, there are no earthy notes present, I would use this as a background flavour to fill out a carrot cake mix, as an accent this may be useful to provide a raw and juicy carrot accent in a mix.
