Summary
This is guava like upfront with notes of Jackfruit (Pineapple & Peach) and green apple, this is a tart and slightly juicy fruit with a ‘crunch’ like mouthfeel. the juiciness doesn’t make this overly ‘wet’ so should work well in custards and bakeries although this would primarily be used in fruit mixes
