This needs a steep, I’m just getting a vague dark sweetness.

Light but a definite digestive biscuit taste, a sweet brown wheat like taste with a slightly crumbly biscuit mouthfeel, at the moment this is more like a generic supermarket brand

14 day steep

No change

28 day steep

Increase in strength. This now tastes more like a premium branded digestive biscuit.

Suggested usage

I’d use this as an accent 1.5%-2%, Background 2%-3.5%, Main 3.5%-6%. Standalone 6%-10%

I’d use this where I wanted a Digestive biscuit taste for example a Cheesecake mix.

I’d use this with Creams, Custards, Butters, Bakery, and Jams.

As a main flavour start at 3.5% and work up as this gets stronger as it steeps
